By the Kin's Skin

We told our daughter that she had to get a B or better in every subject in order to participate in color guard, next season. A B is 85-92 out of 100.

Five core subjects. 85, 86, 87, 88, 91. Average: 87.

Amazing.

    You know, of course, what I thought when I saw those numbers...

    a) just one point less in that lowest one....

    b) why didn't we push for a higher average?
