When I worked at Citibank, I plastered my cube with Dilbert cartoons. Even my boss, who was nearly intelligent enough to guess the reason I put them up [/sarcasm], understood the odd and very disturbing similarity between the cartoons and the workplace... :-)

I hear of companies that have Dilbert contests, to identify things that they do that would fit nicely into a Dilbert strip.
