Bake, She Said

I was not planning on baking cookies tomorrow. I just thought it'd be interesting to read a New York Times article about Chocolate Chip Cookies. Then I started getting into it. Salt? Strata, not chips? Chilling the dough for thirty six hours?

Hmmm.......

Or I could just buy these... which I do dearly love.
