I'm guessing he's a) forcing the card you 'select', and b)palming the first shown card so that it 'becomes' the second. I'd have googled it, but I couldn't think of what to use as search criteria. 'WTF magic' seemed a bit broad.
I figure its a forced card, but I can't seem to figure out how he slips it in. Hmm if "wtf magic" doesn't work I guess I could just search every YouTube video for one that reveals this magic trick. Anything to avoid writing a paper, right?
