Making Bread

I've seen a number of articles about making bread using a no-knead technique developed by a New York City baking operation. This is the first I've seen, though, with decent pictures of the process.

    I can only assume that "making bread" is actually about bread and not some reference to the 1970's slang "makin' bread" meant making money.
